I am now in the middle of my third tube and I think I really see a difference in the smoothness of my skin. I am 65 but look much younger (so I am told!)
Pros: I have extremely sensitive skin and I'm usually not willing to try new creams but this one came highly recommended from a cousin who has used it for years. No adverse affects except maybe a little peeling at first.
Cons: Nothing! I use it every night and it absorbs immediately. Sometimes I use another moisturizer over it if I am feeling dry.

This product was recommended by a dermatologist many years ago. I have used it every night for years. It must work because my skin looks better than a lot of my friends who are younger than I am!
Pros: Non greasy. A small amount goes a long way.
Cons: It must be used at night. If used during the day it is not effective as sunlight and this product are not compatible.

Afirm 1X was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I had a therma lazer lift. I also tried Afirm 2X but found it to be hard on my skin, especially around the eyes. I used an eye cream for a while, but found 2 procedures just for creams too much. I only use Afirm 1X for night time. I have came back to Afirm 1X aftger trying cheaper brands for a few months. I really like the effects.
Pros: Seems to really penetrate and smooth my skin.
Cons: None other than, of course, I wish it were cheaper.
